We Confirm Availability

We'll call you back to confirm the tool is available and arrange delivery details

3️⃣

Free Delivery

We deliver the tool to your location (free in Campbell River & Quadra Island!)

4️⃣

Use & Return

Use the tool for your project, then we pick it up when you're done

Rental Rates

Daily, Weekly & Monthly Rates: All rates are shown on each tool's page. Rent by the day, week, or month - longer rentals save you more!

Security Deposits: A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit amounts vary by tool and are shown on each tool page.

Free Delivery: Free delivery and pickup within Campbell River and Quadra Island. Small delivery fees apply to other areas (Courtenay $15, Comox $15, Other $25).

Your Responsibilities

Safe & Proper Use

Use tools only for their intended purpose and follow all manufacturer safety guidelines. If you're unsure how to use a tool, ask us - we're happy to explain!

Return in Same Condition

Return tools clean and in the same condition as received. Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable. Please report any damage or malfunctions immediately.

Bits & Accessories

Customer is responsible for lost or damaged bits, blades, and accessories. Please return all included items. Replacement costs will apply for missing items.

Rental Period

Need to keep a tool longer? No problem - just call us to extend! Additional daily rates apply for extended rentals. Late returns without notice will incur additional charges.

Deposits & Damage Policy

Security Deposits: Refundable security deposits protect both you and us. Your deposit will be fully refunded when you return the tool in good working condition with all included items.

Normal Wear: We expect tools to show normal wear from proper use. You won't be charged for normal wear and tear.

Damage Beyond Normal Wear: If a tool is damaged beyond normal wear, repair costs will be deducted from your deposit. We'll discuss any damage with you when you return the tool.

Lost or Stolen Tools: Customer is responsible for tools while in their possession. Replacement costs will apply for lost or stolen equipment.

⚠️ Report any problems immediately! Call us right away if a tool malfunctions or is damaged. We'll help you get a replacement or fix the issue.

Cancellation Policy

24+ Hours Notice: Free cancellation with full refund if you cancel 24 or more hours before scheduled delivery.

Same-Day Cancellation: 50% of the daily rate charged for cancellations on the day of delivery (we may have already dispatched your delivery).

Rescheduling: Need to change your rental dates? Just call us! We'll do our best to accommodate schedule changes at no extra charge.

Payment

Accepted Methods: Cash, Credit Card, or E-Transfer

When to Pay: Security deposit and rental fee are due at delivery. Final charges (if any) are calculated at pickup.

Deposit Refund: Deposits are refunded immediately upon tool return and inspection (same method as payment).
